I have Purchase Trimmer from their official website and made online payment on *st october and product was to be delivered * days. But now the Tracking Status is same as it was first day of purchase and when trying to chat with their Whatsapp number, There is no response even their customer care are Closed even mailed them but there is no response from company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
