Bombay Shaving Company - Customer service not provided for Warranty claim

My trimmer which was a full body trimmer of Bombay shaving company stock working it does not charge properly so I raise the complain on the website and on the email also on the WhatsApp but no support was provided multiple times I had raised request and multiple times the rejected without giving proper reasons I made the videos as they said and posted in the website but still no resolution was provided I want my warranty to be provided as a warranty is a right of a customer provided by the law if a company says it has that years of warranty it must provide that as my product has two years of warranty so I need it.
