I purchased Hustlr Dark Night glasses under the Hustlr membership offer from Lenskart (Order ID: #**********). My first pair had a scratch on the blue light coating and a visible manufacturing defect where the lens sits inside the frame groove.
Upon exchange, the delivery person refused to let me inspect the new pair before collecting my original glasses. The second pair had multiple defects — loose arms, improper lens fitting, misaligned frame, incorrect case provided, and improper matte coating on the frame.
Despite sending numerous messages and emails requesting to be contacted before any decision was made, I received zero response from the support team. Without ever consulting me or taking my consent, Lenskart unilaterally processed a refund. My Hustlr membership is now marked as claimed in the app meaning I cannot purchase the same glasses at the same price again. The refund amount does not adequately compensate me.
To make matters worse, the app is showing the refund as complete but I have not received a single penny in my account.
I am a student currently in the middle of university examinations and am visually impaired without functional glasses. This is directly affecting my ability to study and appear for my exams.
I am requesting an immediate exchange as originally desired, or full compensation including my Hustlr membership.
