Myself Mrs. Deepa Dilip Patil from Kalamboli Navi Mumbai, today **/**/**** at evening I visited to the lenskart shop in Orion mall, I was testing few frems and I kept my specs on the side table. At that time your employ Pankaj Saw took my specs and went inside a room, I asked him what he was doing with my specs, he hesitated and said that he was cleaning it. When I tried my specs it was completely loose and had few scratches on it. I asked him but he refused. My specs is costly Rs *****/_. I suffered financially as well as mentally. Please take it seriously and take action against this type of your employ. Hope you take some necessary action and give me justice.
