Lenskart com - denail of our purchase of tokai lutina lens by lenskart company

I had painful headaches including dry eyes and inability to fully open my eyes at times due to excessive screen time(as my work necessitates it).
I learnt that tokai lutina lens almost fillters out almost ** percent of the blue light that enters our eyes.
Therefore i searched online and found out that Lenskart was the only brand selling tokai lutina lens in india.
However despite wanting to buy the lens i couldnt find any of their lens to my liking so i purchased a frame from another brand.
While inquiring with Lenskart company i was initially told that tokai lutina lens can only be bought along with lenskart frame only.
I explained to them my problem via their whats app customer support and also wrote them an email regarding the same.
Initially they said that ordering only lens was also possible but was only possible through their retail outlets.
Therefore i made the necessary arrangements to send one of my relative who lives in my neighbouring state to go the nearest lenskart outlet in her city.
I couldnt even go to the lenskart stores in my own state due to the ongoing ethnic conflict preventing safe travelling for the past two years.
I contacted the lenskart store in Aizawl via whats app and asked them to carry out this request as lensart customer care had agreed for the same and send them the screenshot of my mail from lenskart customer support.
Their reply was that it was not possible and they can only do so at the request of the lenskart customer support team.
I was shocked and dismayed and wrote an email regarding the same to lenskart customer support support team.
However their tone changed and now they said that if i wanted tokai lutina lens i would have to purchase lenskart frames compulsarily.
Despite me explaining my helplessness they didnt want to listen to my repeated requests.
This has had a huge toll on me and i feel tortured and harassed mentally.
Is their profit really more important than a customers well being.
They are using their monopoly to distribute tokai lutina lens in india to deny me my right to take the best care of my eye.
What would happen if a patient is denied his right to buy treatment for his medicines at a hospital??
Isnt their action against the national consumer protection act?
Are they also not violating my right to life??
