I had bought a frame from the store but the the frame broke and when I gave for repair they didn't address the complaint. And my specs were not repaired and the staff was very rude they hassased us. They were not even considering our point and told us to wait for few days. The specs were not repaired even after a week
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
