I ordered expensive product from nykaa worth rupees **** and when I received the product the outer packaging was damaged and was torn now when I showed them the pictures they are forcing me to keep the product and not sending proofs from their side of packaging the product.
This is how they make people fool
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
