I have made a purchase of APPLE MacBook Air M* - (* GB/*** GB SSD/Mac OS Big Sur) MGN**HN/A on **/**/**** but on delivery yesterday they delivered a Pigeon Cookware instead which worth about **** Rs compared to ***** paid for the APPLE MacBook Air M* - (* GB/*** GB SSD/Mac OS Big Sur) MGN**HN/A. When I contacted them today over phone/chat/Email instead of taking the matter seriously and helping me out, they are just passing the time giving me a lengthy timeline of ** May to get back to me with a resolution. As I have paid such a big amount and got scammed by Flipkart, I am in deep mental trauma and sleepless. I have video proof while unboxing of product.
The product was purchased on "No Cost EMI" from Flipkart with by credit card.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
