Respected sir,
my name is Vyankatesh Holambe from Parli Vaijanath, Maharashtra. - ******
I had ordered MI A* mobile for my sister from Flipkart on Aug **rd & it got delivered to me on Aug **th.
I was not at home & my parents & sister unboxed the phone but to their surprise, when they opened the package there wasn't any phone at all! (It only had mobile case, charger, charging cable)
I contacted Flipkart customer care & they responded very poorly! They told me to wait for ** days & next they said until **th Sept!! and then they ended the conversation by saying that issue has been resolved.
but still I'm waiting for justice haven't received my money back yet. then mentally harassed till date every moment. coustomer support not at all cooperative, played delay tactics n all everything that coustomer could put his mouth shut.
I had paid **,***/- & I don't want to lose that amount of money.
