I have ordered * Dal Fry and * Laccha Paratha and * Roti on ** June ****. I received Non-Veg instead of Dal Fry. Being a vegetarian I Dint feel good after touching the Non-Vegetarian with my hands. I immediately raised a complaint in Zomato App and after examining the situation the customer support has called me up and after the discussion I was told that I would be receiving a call back from the Zomato back end team with a proper resolution in next **/**Hrs. But they dint resolve the problem. I have even sent them an email on *th June **** after waiting for * days and still I dint receive any revert from the company side.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
