Swiggy instamart - Received expired items

I have ordered today morning(*th August **** - *:**AM) with Swiggy instamart for * Amul lite milk fat bread spread(*** rupees) and * iD fresh idli & dosa batter(*** rupees). Out of * idli batter, i recieved * which has expired on ** June **** and other is due for today which is * August ****. I called their helpdesk and they gave me refund of ** rupees for expired item but accidentally before filing complaint we as family accidently consumed it as i didn't notice the use by date. so i wanted to file complaint against swiggy instamart for selling expire items and wanted to know how they are measuring safety at their end and why they are not checking products properly before delivering to customer and why are they keeping expired items stock at their end? order ID - #***************
