I had ordered a Daniel Klein watch from Myntra. After delivery on *nd Oct when i opened the packet the inside box was all open and there was no watch inside. I must have opened the pack in * -** mins of receiving the parcel and i immediately called the delivery boy. He came and asked me to send an email post his discussion with a senior. However post sending the email i got a revert that the complains are not accepted over email. I tried reaching out to the customer complain team but they aren't very helpful and they tried closing my case. Kindly help with getting my money back.
