Amazon - Received duplicate watch of series 5

I was buy apple watch series * from amzon at ** feb **** it was unable to charge that watch due to received duplicated watch after i talk with cuustomer care he redy to replace but delivery boy dont accept the replace product then amazon said the same has been return and get refund money and ** march pick up my watch by courier service and iteam has been received ** march and it will take * or * day for refund money but they are not cantact me and after some day i will cantect to service center they are reject my refund due to duplicate product received , as per communication i was received wrong product which i was retun the same but know amazon can refund my refund since * week i was daily foollowing th same but they are reply same answer is that we are received differnt item but i alredy received diffrent item which i was return to you .

Know amazon can not reply my mail i was dailly mail to customer care but they are didnt get my money i was really feel help less and they are even not try to understatnt what happen with me i try to following the same but didnt get right reasponse
