I have purchased macbook on *st of October from Paytm mall which is received yesterday. Its a defective and seems to be a used product, it is not getting charged nor it has any sound driver installed in it.
There is no refund policy on paytm mall for this costly product.
It feels as if Paytm Mall is not having any control over seller, it can dispatch any defective/used product.
They are doing fraud by sending such costly products as defective ones.
I had called Paytm Mall customer service centre and they refused for replacement in case of defective/used product. According to them only damaged product replacement is done. Firstly they have no control over their seller, they can sell any defective/used product and then they are refusing the replacement.
Kindly resolve my issue
