Ordered for realme air buds * the nitro blue colour priced at ₹****/- . Purchased them in the month of August in the year ****, within two months the left bud stopped working, the company gave me a code and I could repurchase the same buds within one month validity. Ordered them in the month of November ****, again within * months the left bud stopped working, again the company has offered a code to repurchase the product, but this time my same buds are out of stock and the other which is available are for ****/- . The team member from realme told me that I either have to purchase of that value and something additional from the money left . This is pure cheating from the brand side for making me pay extra money for another product or else just telling me to let my ₹****/- go waste as the product available is of ₹****/- . Is this the kind of service I receive after spending ****/- . I regret buying realme product
