DEBAJIT GHOSAL filed complaint against Imagine Marketing Pvt Ltd Boat on Dec 5, 2022

I remined BOAT regarding the complaint number ******* on N.C.H. - that they hadn't refunded the amount after several complaints. This actually means neglecting and harassment of consumer.
I had gone for refund of the faulty product and incomplete order but Imagine Marketing Pvt Ltd Boat created replacement.
After that the show came of harassment and holding consumer rights in their hand from **/*/** onwards came.

I also told Imagine Marketing Pvt. Ltd Boat about the Emi date and extra charge before that but they disconnected my call several times.

Still now Imagine Marketing Pvt. Ltd Boat misleading me and I incurred losses **** as Zest Money repeatedly hit my Bank Account with E.C.S. and lowered my Cibil score by *** points approx.

After listening this also Imagine Marketing Pvt. Ltd Boat hadn't connected or communicated with me.

So hereby it ultimately shows me to take legal action against you for non co-operation and intentionally delaying and harassment.
