I ordered from boat on * August ****. The company sent multiple shipments but all were returned. I called for a refund and they dispatched again using Delhivery AWB*************. When the delivery person called, I clearly asked the delivery person that I was not available at the address and to take it back. Still it showed as delivered on ** September. I have not received any product. No OTP or signature was given to the delivery person. Both Delhivery and Boat are trying to cover up. My order was prepaid and I am not getting refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
