I made a successful transaction on *th march for boat wave arcade smart watch from boat verified official application through phone pay(UPI). But the order was unsuccessful and money was deducted for the same. Phone pay and Pay U authority confirmed that the payment is successful from their . and Boat also confirmed that they caught the payment. But till now they did not refund my money . Till now I did not get any kind of order id and order details. It was **days passed boat just delaying me and did not give the refund.
