I made a transaction on ** Mar ****
to Boat website through Paytm Wallet
But the order was unsuccessful and my money was deducted for the same.
After talking with Paytm (payment Portal) and PayU (payment gateway) Customer care they confirmed that the Payment was Successful from their End too, and the Merchant (Boat) has received the amount on their account.
But now the merchant (Boat) is denying the payment even after sending them bank & wallet statements.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
