I ordered my realme ** pro plus mobile and I got it on May **nd ****.Its been only * months but from the time it arrived I had noticed the mobile is not holding charge.I thought that It was because of setting up device but after some days I noticed the battery is not up to the mark as company stated.I think I received a damaged battery mobile from realme.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
