Satyam Chandrakant Mutha filed complaint against Flipkart on Mar 21, 2021
I have order Crucial Laptop DDR* *GB RAM on flipkart india dated. *th March, **** and received product on **th March, ****.
Order ID:OD******************
I have received damaged and it has no brand packaging. When I raised this issue dated **th March, ****(within * hour) . On first time they approved return but pick-up person(wishmaster) refused to pick up the product and gave reason of "No brand packaging and MRP tag".
Then I raised the issue (return request) and after that I have received SMS on my registered phone number that "Your request is rejected".
But till date **st March, **** I didn't received any type of refund. And I have raised issue from delivery but no one is listening and They are also marking it as "resolved".
I have recorded video of unpacking/unboxing of the product.
So, I can say that I have a video proof.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
