Going by the products offered at Snapdeal and looking into the authenticity certificate bold published in their portal I went ahead with buying Casio Edifice watch which turned into a counterfeit one. Since then I asking for a replacement but Snapdeal scrupulously bypassing the replacement claim and want to refund the money which I don't want. I simply want the replacement of counterfeit watch with the original.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
