In my recent ajio order one of the products was torn and full of cement and mud. Ihave exchanged the product but later after * hrs of delivery they cane again and forcefully took of the product that they delivered and gave me back the damaged one. I have reached out to the courier service and bearby trends store also. Now they instead updated that I have refused to return and regarding the issue I have chatted multiple times and emailed ajio regarding the same but there seems to be no action take from their part.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
