Alisha Jain filed complaint against Myntra on Oct 4, 2020
I ordered Michael Kors watch (model no. MK****)(Rs ****) on **th September **** and the package was delivered to me on **th sept **** at around *:**pm.The packet looked completely normal from outside but when i opened the parcel, the box inside was completely torn and there was no watch inside. I received a torn box and no watch existed in it. Soon after this , I called myntra and received a call back after some time. I explained them the problem and they assured me to help in this matter. Two days later i.e. on *st October, **** , I got a mail from myntra stating that they cannot accommodate my request as the product was shipped from theirs end post proper quality check. Hence, they will not refund / exchange and their decision stands final. But it's myntra's responsibility to safely deliver the parcel without any damage. If package is not delivered correctly its completely myntra's onus to get things rectified immediately. But myntra is not ready to accept their mistake and not at all interested in solving the matter. I don't want my hard earned money to be wasted like this. Please help me in this matter.
