Vu - Received a damaged broken led tv

Booked online led tv from flipkart on **th October ****, received it on **th October ****.
Technician from flipkart ( Jeeves) came unpacked the box and found the display and panel broken. He registered a complaint, called his company and asked me to speak to his manager for verification process. He also did uninstallation and asked me to raise a return request for the same. Return request was also registered from my side on **st October ****.
I have been calling them on regular basis and they always promise to get a call with in ** to ** hours
I feel there is no action being taken from their side.
Request you to kindly help me to get the replacement.
