I placed the order of TV“Sony X**L ***.* cm (** inch) ultra HD *k QLED TV” worth Rs. **,***/- ON **.**.**** from Flipkart. I received the damaged product on **th Oct and same has been confirmed by Installation man by Mr. Idrish because there was no open box. I raised the return request on the same day that is **th Oct till this time there was no open box delivery and till now return request rejected twice says that the product received intact but when it is opened by installation man we saw the the display of the TV has been damaged. I received damaged product but they are declining return/replacement request its been * days till now not getting resolution and continuously calling on Flipkart on customer support team but saying same thing we are giving surety that return request will approved. They are doing mental agony and getting mentally harassed. the damaged product received and same has been confirmed by the Sony Service Center, Jodhpur. on *th of Nov, **** I received the call from Flipkart name Sanjana saying that we are sorry to inform you that your return cannot be processed. Please do the needful and take strict against the Flipkart..
