Selvapathy filed complaint against Realme on Aug 29, 2023
I bought a Realme NEO ** **inch HD ready LED Smart Linux TV on **-**-**** through Filipkart. After a few days I have faced an issue on TV. I complained about the issue .The realme team said it is a display issue. They have changed in the display. After few days again I have faced the same issues on TV, they realme told its motherboard issue. They have changed the motherboard also. Again I have faced the same problem on TV.
Then the realme team was given the replacement TV on **-**-**** for the first time. The Replaced TV is an issue one it also a display problem.
Again the realme team was given the replacement TV on **-**-****.Second time realme team was given a damaged TV as replacement.

Again I have given to realme team email along with all the proof.

When I asked the realme team who came to install them they said it's fresh. unit. The TV that I am using now is also a used or refurbished TV. This TV has been installed to some customers on **th OCT ****. In that TV also i am facing an issue when i complain about it they not provided service simply closing the complaint and appointment by putting their own remarks. After many time escalation and follow up I showed the issue through video call on **-**-****. After that they took my TV to the service center on **-**-****. And they returned back my TV on **-**-**** without resolving the issue. They have not even done system restore. When I asked about it they simply said no issues found on your devices. When I asked why they gave used TV and refurbished TV as replacement they told the realme team only to give new fresh products to the customers as replacement. Till june month they told like that and after that i have given all the audio proof and now they are saying it depends upon the availability. No one has informed me before they replacing we will provide refurbished only. I have all the audio proof that i i have sent to the realme team.Now the realme team not even providing me email clarification also. And also they informed the customer care executive not to take the complaint from me. If i book the appointment they simply cancelling it. So i need to book the complaint against them.
