I purchased a Realme LED smart tv **" ON **.**.**** through reliance digital. Only after * months, on **.**.** the display of tv gone. I complained to customer support and they assured to repair the same within ** hrs . Technician visited after ** days on **th Oct'** but he never retun back. On *th NOV'** Realme executive called me that you will be provided R-Pass for replacement of tv and a complimentary gift also. But nothing recd from the company. When I called customer support on **.**.** they told me that R-Pass has been generated but it is not delivered to me till date. Realme is working like a fraud company and there is no ne to hear the grievance of customer. Realme is the worst company and selling the worst products in the country. I want complete refund of my Money as i have no faith in the Company products. Company should also pay damages to me as my Family has been deprived of the basic utility and I have been mentally tortured by Company.The complaint resolution mechanism is so slow.
