Realme - realme gt master crashing and buggy performance issue

I had been using Realme GT Master edition purchased on **-**-****. From day one there was crashing issue specifically while using animated theme or any app the app use to crash and mobile was restarting automatically. I tried to update the apps and recent UI update also. But the various random issues were observed day by day. Finally it got totally dead (Black screen) and I submitted it to service center and mentioned my previous issues also. Service center took it as software corrupted condition and flashed mobile. After receiving back my device, I again started facing the various issues like crashing, flicker while restarting and auto restart and other things. Few of them I was able to make videos of some issues and I also shared them with service center person as well as with Realme customer support email (service@realme.com)

I again submitted my phone on **/**/**** for same issue at service center. From last four days service center person used my mobile for testing. When I inquired he is reporting no issue observed. I took back my phone and still have been facing same issues like Gboard crashing while typing, random restart and do not disturb mode get automatically on. I tried to get call back from Realme customer care thrice after three time complaint but never received any call back to report issue.
I don't have anyway around get my issue resolved so finally thinking to get the matter to cosumer forum.
