Realme - Realme earbuds not working and not repair facility without the earbuds packaging box

I had purchased realme earbuds from flipkart in January ****. After six months the battery life of the pods got reduced to **%(*-*.* hours) to what was claimed(* hours) and * months back the left earpod started loosing its sound and now its not working. I called customer care service they told me they can help me inly if I have the package box in which the realme earbuds came. It’s been ** months how am I supposed to keep box of mere earbuds which is practically garbage to me. Generally other companies in the same business demand for invoice which I have but it doesn’t work with realme. I checked the product page on flipkart as well as well and I cannot find this note written anywhere to keep the product box with me to claim in case of any defect. Now I am a disappointed and dissatisfied customer with defected product which is in warranty but I cannot return, replace or get it repaired. Please help me with this situation.
