नमस्कार सर जी..
मेरे दुबारा sbi क्रेडिट कार्ड नंबर **** **** **** **** को बंद करने के लिए दिनांक **/**/**** को रायसेन ब्रांच में आवेदन दिया गया था, साथ ही आवेदन में ये भी कहा गया था की मेरे कार्ड पर जो भी अनावश्यक चार्ज है उनको हटा दिया जाये तो में बाकि पैसे भर दू... लेकिन रायसेन..विदिशा ब्रांच के बैंक मैनेजर ने भी कोई सहायता नहीं की.... इसके बाद मे मैंने इसके बाद मेरे दुबारा **/**/**** को क्रेडिट कार्ड में ऑनलाइन ***/- भी जमा किये गए फिर में भोपाल में

से मिलने भोपाल गया, लेकिन इनके बरिष्ठ आधिकारी अमित रस्तोगी से बात की उन्होंने कोई सहायता नहीं की ओर हेल्प लाइन पर बात करने की बात कही..... सर जी में मानसिक रूप से बहुत ही परेशान रहने लगा हूँ.... कृपया कर जिस समय मैंने SBI क्रेडिट कार्ड बंद करने का आवेदन दिया था... उसी समय से मेरा कार्ड बंद मानकर उस समय लगे हुए अनावश्यक चार्ज (विलम्ब शुल्क )हटाते हुए.... मुझे आज दिनांक को कितनी राशि जमा करना हैं.... बताने की कृपया करे.... तो आप का बहुत आभार होगा !
