We boarded train from Trichy and we found * rats under our seats and few spoiled all our food.. also we have a *.* ur baby with us. Even his food was spoiled .... We slept starving in the night... There was a hole under our seat .. although team came and resolved but still cockroaches were troubling us whole night... My baby did vomiting also.. who is responsible for this...... Charging sockets were not working... Bathroom was dirty no water in the basin. Again in the morning rats hole found in the upper birth again they spoiled our things which were kept in the bag..... Bad smell.... Very pathetic service from rail during covid period.....
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
