Rapido - Rapido Payment Scam

For the ride I had I paid the cash even higher the amount showed in bill I.e, I paid *** rupees to the rapido captain whereas bill is only **. But they debited the same amount through simpl and simpl asking me to repay the money.
I asked the rapido team and there reply is not at all fare and they keep iterating the same statement again and again like this won’t happen in future
