When I booked the ride, he was getting ₹*** in the application. After the ride was completed, I started getting ₹*** in the application, which I had to pay. When I asked the driver about this, the driver said that before the ride started, he was also getting ₹*** and plus ₹** was being shown separately, which I was not informed about by the company earlier. I was told about the amount after the ride was completed. This has happened to me many times before, due to which he is facing a lot of problems. I complained to the company for this but did not get any solution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
