When I did Rapido, the fare of the ride was showing Rs **, But when the ride was completed it would be ***rs which was shocking to me.And throughout the journey the driver was talking rudely on the phone and was complaining about my location which was unprofessional.After that when I tried to contact rapido there is no connectivity, only ivr... I am getting bill amount of Rs ** in Rapido but the amount I paid is ***rs is not showing. It is only a *km journey from Sewari to Vashinaka Chambur... Need help.
It's not just about money, it's about trust, which Rapido has just destroyed.
