I booked a auto in Chandigarh on **april. Rider name was Ravan Kumar. He charged me twice the payment and rapido did not even care about this. When I am calling this driver, he is saying he won't return my money. Rapido is hiring very unprofessional people. Extremely dissatisfied with rapido.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
