I ordered a queen size mattress some days ago which is not delivered to me yet. I was unaware of different size types under the same category “Queen size”. And this was the first time I ordered from Pepperfry. I had also ordered a bed of size queen which was delivered to me day before yesterday and I realized the mattress would not fit in that. Since the mattress is not delivered to me, I request some modification in my order. Even though I receive the mattress which I ordered initially, will be of least use for me and will be a waste. I have already paid **,*** for the mattress which is not a small amount and want a mattress which fits my bed and can be of my use. Also, for your information vendor remains the same for new mattress which I would like to order. So, I feel it should not be a big issue for you guys to modify my order, as it takes just an instruction from your side to the vendor for replacement. I just want to modify my order. In all this case I accept my ignorance and am ready to pay any extra shipping charges which may occur. But the company is not ready to listen at all.
And at last I want to mention that nowhere in the website while I was ordering and paying for my order It was written that you cannot return or exchange your order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
