Ordered a Purifier on *th June and got it delivered on **th June. **th June installation personnel visits my premises and informs me that the product is dead on arrival. I immediately raised a return request and since then I've contacted them several times. After a month of constant inquiry their technical team asks me to send pictures of the device and it's been ** days I've sent them the pictures and still no answer from them. Bluestar have passed the information to TataCliq about the product issue still no solution from them. Worst service ever
