Nalini Parthiban filed complaint against Swiggy on Nov 22, 2017
My friend had ordered for Panneer Tikka Wrap from Fasos, Nungambakkam Chennai (Order No *******) through Swiggy (ref No **********). Refer attached bill for me. I 'm a pure veg by birth and unknowingly I consumed it only to realize after a few bites that it was chicken wrap. This is lethargic and pathetic approach on part of both Swiggy and the Faasos restaurant. Such a deficiency in service! I feel victimized. The restaurant promised a call back, but havent received it. This may look to be a small issue, but Im sure all hard code vegetarians would be able to appreciate my emotion. I therefore would like to file a consumer complaint for deficient service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
