Nobroker com - Purchased complete buyer assist package with some other service from nobroker on Nov but they are n

I purchased a service "Complete buyer package" for property transfer along with encumbrance certificate service from nobroker on **th November ****.
*. The legal verification of the property could be performed properly as the owner name in the document itself was wrong.The parking status of the property was not correct. Even with many flaws, their advocate gave green signal to buy the property which further became blocker during home loan process.

*. I purchased encumbrance certificate service. They took * days to produce the certificate which was wrong. A transaction was missing from the document.

*. However with the existing flaws in the property document, I went ahead with the registration but post registration, they are not able to do the tax name change. I purchased a new property recently and its name got change within few days.

I asked them to do their job or refund my money. They are not agreeing to do so.
I want full refund of my money as they could not perform their job.
