Amarendra Nath Bhattacharya filed complaint against Puma on Feb 6, 2024
I have bought Puma shoe on *-Oct-**** from Puma Sodepur FOC, Aurum (Customer id - *********, Product details: ******-**, AVIATOR, HSN: ********, Cost after discount: ****). I have travelled to Portugal in November, **** and was using the shoe on a regular basis (*-* times a week). I just realized the shoe has been torn up, after just *months of usage, which is not justified from a brand like Puma. I am not sure if there was defect with the manufacturing/quality assurance. Please help me with the support I can get for the product as of today (**-Feb-****). Please note that I am currently in Portugal and facing issue with this product damage, so request you to address this problem urgently. I will attach supporting document with this and can provide as and when it is required.
