Hello,
I had a horrible experience with Puma.
On ** April ****, I tried to place an order for Puma Nitro * Deviate (Black Deep Aqua Lime Squeeze).
After applying discount code (YNZGUF*B*E) the price came out to be ****.**
I paid via UPI (**********@ybl). The money got deducted, but I didn't receive any payment confirmation from Puma's end. The transaction id is
T**********************.
I request you to refund the amount at the earliest.
Kindly help with this urgently as this is a big sum of money for me.
