PUMA - Puma delivered a dirty Nike product and refused to take return

I ordered a Puma Cap from the official app on **th June **** and got delivery on *th. Instead of a Puma cap, I found a dirty Nike Cap. I used Customer Support Chat in the app to complaint and they asked to return the product. Return was rejected as it was not a Puma product.

I went to twitter to raise the issue by tagging Puma. they initated a investigation and on **nd June they just mentioned they have given the right product and refused to take back the wrong product they have delivered.

They refused to show their investigation findings and mentioned they cannot do anything after this.

I'm raising this complaint against Puma, as it had cheated me with the wrong and dirty product.
