Dashavanth filed complaint against BSNL on May 2, 2019
From the past ** months, I have been using BSNL Prepaid. Opted for STV*** Plan which was providing *.*GB/day *** SMS and unlimited calling for *months (***days). I have used these two successive terms *+*months.
Latest same recharge (STV***) was on March **th, Suddenly out of nowhere, without any intimation or without any proper communication or proper consent they claim that they have changed plan and for one month till April **th they provided *gb/day and now they changed to *gb/day.
Even if you check which plan they use it will say STV*** *.*GB/day but it's not. Please find the attachment. Now if we check there is no STV*** plan at all. They are illegally changing and looting consumers and causing the problem.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
