Agoda - PROPERTY HOTEL AT CHENNAI DOES NOT EXIST

Name - Sandipan Chattopadhyay from ** - ** July ****.

When I reached the location, I found that the hotel does not exist. I contacted the mobile number mentioned in confirmation mail, however that belongs to another hotel reception. That hotel denied any reservation as mentioned above. I also contacted the local of that area and they informed that the hotel has been closed since a considerable period of time.

I paid whole amount in advance and the payment details are as follows:-

The entire episode caused me a lot of harrasment while I was traveling with my family.

I am totally disappointed with the service provided by you being a renowned company. Moreover, why Agoda did not carry out any verification even for existence of the property ? It is ridiculous and altogether shows worst business policy and irresponsible approach of the company.

Hence I ask a total refund of the amount paid by alongwith a justification of harrasment caused to me. Otherwise I shall be interested further to take up the issue with appropriate level and consumer court for fraud and harrasment caused to me.
