I have booked ky stay through Agoda and prepaid it before checking in. But when I reached the property they denied my check in and asked to pay extra charges almost double the price than the actual one, I tried contacting the Agoda customer support but could not reach it and I had to pay the extra charges to the Property for checking into the Hotel , later when I tried multiple times through Agoda chat support, I got a call from their support team and I got to explain the issue to them and they promised me to send me a mail and asked me to attach the necessary proofs for the refund but I didn't recieve any mail from The Agoda Team.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
