LG front load washing machine package had a missing part bought from reliance digital in Karnal and both LG and reliance deny to provide resulting anomaly in function of the washing machine. Both LG and reliance digital in Karnal are refusing to provide the assembly components which should be attached during the installation and was found missing. It was an anti-rat cover.
There are lots of mouse in my house and since installed my machine isn't working in a good way. I suspect rats might be hidden inside the machine.
I am feeling like being looted by these thugs for not providing a component for which I even tried to purchase with money if they are ready to do so. But they are not supporting anyhow. The only way left for me is to find justice from our honourable legal system. I purchased machine on ** March ****.
