NILAVA CHOWDHURY filed complaint against Ebay India on Jan 28, 2018
i was issued a promo code for a previous failed order , however after applying it and paying for it , the whole amount was deducted from my bank instead of the shown discounted amount.
The attached screenshot shows promocode "ZO*Z*Y*BB*" applied but *** deducted , no response from them even after mailing and calling.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
