Jio Fiber - Promised me STB will work on old CRT TV but not working

I registered for JIO Fiber three days back. Executive came for connection on **th September ****.
He brought with himself Set top box which was not compatible with my old CRT TV whereas I informed him previously only that my TV is an old CRT TV. Still he brought with himself new STB which doesnt work in old CRT tv. And asked me to raise complaint for old STB. But Jio doesn't seem to care about it later and saying old STB might take some time and not even guaranteed to be replaced. If they would have informed me in the first place I would have taken a connection without STB costing me **** instead of ****INR. But they did not care to even inform me in the fiest place and later even after many calls and emails they did not care respond or even raise complaint properly. So I had to eventually raise a disconnection request. But I was cheated by their executives as they did not deliver what they promised. For all the mental harrassment and time wasted I hereby want to complain regarding their fraud marketing team.
