On **th September ****, I saw a deal on the homepage of my Paytm account in which I was promised a cashback of ₹** within **hrs of transaction if I'd pay ₹** to Paytm at that time. So trusting the company I bought * such deals worth ₹**. However even after * days no cashback had been credited to my wallet. I tried to contact their customer care but at *hrs they replied that I hadn't entered some coupon code, while it's clearly mentioned in the screenshot that 'no coupon code is required'.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
